The App does not have a limit on how many personal test results you can store.
Contact our Customer Support department to troubleshoot the unit and arrange for a replacement or repair if needed.
The cannabis sample can be moist and does not have to be totally dry. Fresh samples are recommended. If the sample is totally dried the sensor will not be able to get a good reading.
It is possible that oils or other substances on your hands could impact the sample data. You should always wash your hands before inserting a new sample or wear rubber gloves.
In the App you can choose to save your strain information to your private database or share it with the community.
At this time the CannaDx is specifically designed to test cannabis flower only.
Edibles composition is highly complex. The CannaDx sensor is only designed to test cannabis flower at this time.
This would be something between you and the dispensary in question. At this time we are working with dispensaries at this level.
This is being considered as a future feature in the App.
You can test at any stage and the sensor will identify the THC and CBD levels based on the total chemical profile of the sample tested.
