The MyDx unit is designed to accept multiple sensors. We currently include the CannaDx sensor when shipped but other sensors will be available in the future.
Contact our Customer Support department to troubleshoot the unit and arrange for a replacement or repair if needed.
The MyDx ships with 10 disposable sample inserts. Additional disposable sample inserts are available on our website.

It uses an internal rechargeable battery that can be charged using the included USB cable or the included power cable.
