May 5: MyDx, Inc. Announces Completion of Reverse Merger
With your support, CDx, Inc. has successfully raised $7.6 million dollars and has completed a reverse merger with MyDx, Inc., becoming a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ OTC Exchange under ticker symbol MYDX.
May 27: MyDx Signs Exclusive Patent Sublicense Agreement for Chemical Sensing Technology
MyDx, Inc. has further secured its competitive position and first mover advantage in the handheld chemical analysis space by executing an exclusive sublicense agreement with Next Dimension Technologies for its electronic nose chemical sensing technology used by NASA and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
May 28: MyDx Announces Up-listing to OTCQB Marketplace
Per our plans, MyDx, Inc. has successfully up-listed to the NASDAQ OTCQB marketplace, further marking our commitment to the high level of financial and corporate disclosure that is required to participate on this exchange.
